Guidelines for Meeting

Official Response to COVID-19

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, I want to address the growing concerns of our church family in regards to our Sunday services schedule.

We will be complying with the state directive and recommendation of the Public Health Department to limit assemble of 250 people. Since our church runs a little less than that we will therefore continue with both our Sunday school at 10:00 AM and main service at 11:15 AM. However, decision of whether to come or not is a family matter. If you don’t feel comfortable of coming we understand. In light of this we have set up some guidelines for you to consider.

  • Seniors are advised not to come. However, if they decide to come they will stay on the second floor where their Sunday school class is located up until the main service. We will provide them with livestream equipment.
  • Let us maintain social distance of 2 feet apart. We will arrange our seats in that order.
  • No handshaking or hugging. Avoid close contact with each other.
  • Always sanitize hands coming in and out of the auditorium. We have placed hand sanitizers all over our building and campus.
  • If possible, let’s us all wear mask while in the campus of BBC.
  • Please don’t come if you have cough or colds.
  • If you are not able to come, please go to our Facebook livestream.
  • While we are trying to prevent and stop the spread of the virus, bills and payroll for our staff will not stop from coming. Please be faithful in our financial giving. Two ways to give if you cannot come: a) Give online b) Mail checks to BBC, 1361 E. Carson St., Carson, CA 90745. This is the time when our staff need it the most.

Additionally, we have thoroughly sanitize all equipment, chairs, door knobs and handles, bathrooms, and the whole building for everybody’s protection.

Please continue to pray for those affected by COVID-19, all healthcare workers, local and state healthcare officials, countries affected, and our President. These are trying times, and for such a time as this, we need God and prayer even more. Please sign up for our prayer chain 24-7 that started last midnight.

God bless you and may His divine strength and protection be with us all!
